Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fee
The consultation fee may vary depending on the booking page, expert, offer, duration, or consultation type.
The applicable fee will be shown clearly on the booking or payment page before you complete the payment.

By completing the payment, you agree to the fee mentioned on that specific booking page.
2. Payment
All consultation payments must be made in advance through the payment method or payment gateway provided on the booking page.
Your booking will be confirmed only after successful payment.
If payment is deducted but booking confirmation is not received, please contact us with payment proof.
3. Refund Policy
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- No-shows
- Late attendance
- Change of mind
- Incorrect booking details entered by the client
- Failure to join the call
- Internet, device, or technical issues from the client’s side
- Not being satisfied because the consultation did not guarantee sales or revenue
4. Rescheduling Policy
You may request one reschedule at least 6 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
If you do not request a reschedule within the allowed time, the booking may be treated as completed or missed.
5. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the consultation call at the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show.
No refund will be provided for no-shows.
A new booking and payment may be required if you want to schedule another consultation.
6. Late Attendance
If you join the consultation late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
The consultation fee will not be refunded or partially refunded for late attendance.
7. Cancellation by WePix
If WePix Digital Media LLP is unable to conduct the consultation due to internal reasons, expert availability, or unavoidable circumstances, we may offer you:
- A rescheduled consultation slot
- A refund, if rescheduling is not possible
8. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical issue, please contact us with your payment screenshot, transaction ID, phone number, and email address.
If a duplicate payment is verified, the eligible duplicate amount may be refunded.
Eligible refunds, if approved, may take 5 to 10 working days to reflect, depending on the payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
9. Payment Gateway Charges
In some cases, payment gateway charges, bank charges, or processing fees may not be refundable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed as per the payment gateway and banking partner policies.
10. Scope of Refund
Refunds apply only to the consultation booking fee paid for that specific booking.
No additional compensation, loss claim, business loss, opportunity loss, or damages will be provided.
